Centennial College Intakes and Deadlines

September is when most Centennial programs take in new students, and it's the intake international applicants should target first; January and May open a narrower set of programs. Because seats are filled in the order strong applications arrive, the practical deadline is often earlier than the published one and an early offer leaves room for the deposit and study-permit steps that follow.

Centennial College Fees

Centennial tuition for international students is program-specific and set within Ontario government guidelines. The 2026–27 figures below are approximate annual estimates for tuition only; ancillary fees and insurance are added on top. INR values are approximate (around ₹61 per CAD 1).

Centennial College International Students Criteria

  Undergraduate (diploma) academic requirement: Completion of Class 12 (CBSE/CISCE or State Board) with competitive results — commonly 70%+ for diploma and degree programs, plus any program-specific prerequisites.

  Graduate certificate requirement: A completed three-year college diploma or a university degree in a related field.
• 
  English proficiency (most programs): IELTS Academic 6.0 overall (no band below 5.5), or TOEFL iBT 80–88, or PTE Academic 58–60, or Duolingo 120, or CAEL 60.
• 
  English proficiency (graduate certificates): Typically IELTS 6.5 overall, with some programs requiring higher bands.

  Credential assessment: Some programs require an IQAS or equivalent assessment comparing overseas qualifications to Canadian standards.

  Supporting documents: Academic transcripts and diplomas (with certified English translation if needed), proof of English proficiency, and program-specific items such as a portfolio, letter of interest, or CV.

Centennial offers entrance awards and international scholarships, though as a publicly funded college its awards are limited and competitive. Most are merit-based and applied toward tuition.
