BEng Design Engineering at Aston University

Aston University offers a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Design Engineering through its School of Engineering and Applied Science. 12th Grade

Alternatively, students can qualify with 60% from ICSE/CBSE or 65% from State Board and have an EPQ or Core Maths at Grade B. For GCSE Maths, students need Grade B from CBSE, 70% from ICSE, and 75% from State Boards in 10th grade. All students should offer Maths A level and a physical science or technology subject.

Application Process for Aston University

Step 1: Prepare Documents for Application

To apply, you need to gather important documents. One of the key documents is a Letter of Recommendation (LOR).

• The LOR should be written by someone who knows you well in an academic setting. This could be a teacher, tutor, principal, or head teacher from your current or recent school or college.
• If you have been out of school for a while, you can ask someone from your job, a volunteer supervisor, or a trainer to write the LOR.
• For the MSc Data Analytics (including Professional Practice), you need two professional references. At least one must be from an academic referee.

Step 2: Additional Documents Required

Make sure to check if you need any other documents for your application. This may include transcripts, personal statements, or other specific requirements based on your chosen course.

Step 4: Application Fees for This Course

The application fee is £20, which is approximately INR 2,110.

• You can pay using a credit card or wire transfer.
• Aston University offers a payment plan option, allowing students to pay their fees in installments.
• While enrolled, you will automatically be set up to pay by installment.
• The only way to pay your tuition fees in installments is through online card payment.

The payment due dates are as follows:

• 50% of the tuition fee is due by 31 October 2021.
• 25% of the tuition fee is due by 10 January 2022.
• 25% of the tuition fee is due by 25 April 2022.

Step 5: Application Deadline

The application deadline for the Fall (September) intake is 30th June.
