How To Register For IELTS Exam With IDP?

Online Method

  1. list items Visit IDP IELTS India Official Website.
  2. list items Click on “Register For Test” located in the navigation bar.
  3. list items Select one of the available options- Computer Delivered IELTS Pen/Paper Delivered IELTS IELTS For UKVI Life Skills
  4. list items Computer Delivered IELTS
  5. list items Pen/Paper Delivered IELTS
  6. list items IELTS For UKVI
  7. list items Life Skills
  8. list items Select for your test type– IELTS Academic or General Training for IELTS.
  9. list items Select your desired location or city from the given list of available test centers
  10. list items Now choose a suitable and preferred date for your IELTS Exam from the list of available dates. Also, select the desired time slot as well.
  11. list items An application form will appear in front of you. Fill the form with the required details.
  12. list items Now upload a clear and colored copy of your passport in order to complete the IELTS exam registration process with IDP.

  14. list items A confirmation mail/ SMS will be sent to your registered phone number or mail for acknowledgment.

 

Book an online date and time slot for your speaking test, if you fail to do so an automatic allotment will be provided to you and you have to abide by it. 

Offline Method

Another option is an offline method to register for the IELTS exam by directly visiting your nearest IDP branch or referral partner. A photocopy of your passport ID is required for the registration of the IELTS exam via IDP and a signed and dated declaration.

Online Method

Another method for applying IELTS exam with British Council is by directly visiting the nearest British Council Office. One can download the online form or fill the application directly at the office. Make sure to bring all the required documents for the IELTS exam application.

IELTS Exam Dates

A candidate can give once in a week exam that means 4 times a month. Annually, there are 48 days for the Academic section and 24 days for the General Training section.
