IELTS Registration
IELTS exam is a language test that enables students to get admission to universities abroad. Students and job seekers both take the IELTS exam. The exam tests an applicant’s ability to converse in the English language. It is conducted in two formats. One is the Academic Test for students planning to take admission at the universities, while there is a General Training Test for job seekers. Both the exams have millions of applicants worldwide who plan to move to an English-speaking country for future opportunities. IELTS registration dates are out, and like every other year, millions of students and job seekers will take the exam.
An applicant has to be in a good score band to get admission into the universities or jobs.

Registration for IELTS Indicator
IELTS conducting bodies have expanded the scope of the exam by providing an option of taking the test from the comfort of Home. The new platform is known as IELTS Indicator, which enables students to take the test from home in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. IELTS exam registration is done in the same manner as that of usual IELTS registration, with the only difference is that the IELTS indicator has fewer countries and universities accepting the scores. For instance, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand aren’t accepting the score of the IELTS indicator for migration and higher studies.
Certain universities are not accepting the IELTS Indicator scores. So, it’s advised to confirm with the university before registering for IELTS on the new platform. However, there is no change in the exam format.
